We are a fiercely passionate, unapologetic force for change – a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to uplifting our youth, equipping them with real-world skills, opening doors to aviation, STEM, leadership, and economic opportunity. But it doesn’t stop with them—this is about our families. We are on a mission to educate, engage, and empower communities that have been overlooked, underestimated, and left behind. We're empowering the next generation not just to survive, but to thrive. We believe in the power of us - in the strength, resilience, and brilliance of our youth, our families, and our neighborhoods.
